Short and simple

• Turnly gives you a number in a line at a shop. That is all it does.
• The shop runs the line and serves you. We do not.
• Wait times are a best guess. Your turn may come sooner or later.
• If you are not there when called, you may be moved back or lose your place.
• This is not for emergencies. If you need urgent help, tell the staff or call the emergency number.
• If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to join for you.
• You can leave the line at any time. On WhatsApp, reply STOP to end messages.
• You can delete your data from the ticket page, or by sending DELETE on WhatsApp.
• Something wrong? Report a problem. You do not need an account.

What we keep

Only what is needed to run the line: your ticket, and your phone number if you joined on WhatsApp. Phone numbers are removed after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
